Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AstroZenithium Zojig ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this platform.

Description of Service

AstroZenithium Zojig provides a social news platform that enables users to access, share, and discuss community news and social developments across Canada. Our services include content curation, community engagement tools, and personalized news feeds.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform for any reason at any time. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission
• Distribute viruses or other harmful computer code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any form of automated data collection without our permission

Content Ownership and Licensing

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create and share on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

Our Content

All content provided by AstroZenithium Zojig, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Premium Services and Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. By selecting a premium service, you agree to pay the specified fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AstroZenithium Zojig. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the information, content, or materials included. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AstroZenithium Zojig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroZenithium Zojig and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
